Job profile:

1) Administrative tasks:

Appointment management: coordinating and managing the Managing Director's diary.
Correspondence: processing e-mails, letters and telephone calls.
Document creation: Preparation and editing of presentations, reports and other documents.

2) Organizational tasks:

Travel planning: organizing business trips, including booking flights, hotels and transportation.
Meeting preparation: Planning and organization of internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
Event Management: Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and conferences.

3) Supporting tasks:

Project management: assisting in the management and coordination of projects.
Research work: Conducting research and analysis on various topics.
Data maintenance: Administration and maintenance of databases and files.

4) Communicative tasks:

Internal communication: Supporting communication between the managing director and employees.
External communication: Maintaining contacts with customers, partners and suppliers.
PR and marketing: Support with PR and marketing activities, including the creation of content for social media and the company website.

5) Finance tasks:

Budget management: assist in monitoring and managing the budget.
Invoice processing: processing of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Expense management: managing expense reports and reimbursements.

6) Other:

Confidentiality: Handling confidential information and ensuring confidentiality.
Problem solving: Proactively identifying and solving problems.
Continuous improvement: Suggestions for improving processes and workflows.

Requirements

Very good knowledge of German and English (written + spoken).
Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize and ensure efficient workflow.
Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
Discretion and confidentiality: experience in handling sensitive information and ability to manage it securely.
Analytical skills: Ability to perform market analysis, competitive intelligence and other analytical tasks to support strategic decisions.
Project management skills: Experience in coordinating and executing projects, including the ability to manage resources and stakeholder relationships.
Technical understanding: Basic understanding of technical aspects or the ability to quickly learn technical topics, depending on the needs of the business.
Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments and external partners.

We are looking for an ambitious and winning personality with many years of professional experience in sales and dealing with customers/sales partners
Extensive network in the industry and mobility sector to drive H2 projects, identify potential customers and successfully negotiate offtake contracts.
Experience in bringing products to market, building sales funnels and sales strategies.
Careful handling of customer data: CRM, email, phone etc.
Extensive experience with CRM sales tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
Confident handling of Microsoft Office
